Upzez subscriptions are billed monthly.
Cancel anytime through your account dashboard.
2. Credit Reporting
We report on-time payments to participating UK Credit Reference Agencies.
Reporting may take 30–60 days to reflect on your credit file.
3. Your Responsibility
You agree to make monthly payments on time.
You must provide accurate personal and billing information.
4. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or non-payment.

We are seeking to become a Data Contributor (Data Furnisher) to UK CRAs in full compliance with reporting and regulatory standards. We aim to support mutual goals of improving consumer credit accuracy, financial literacy, and inclusion.

General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)
Lawful Basis for Processing: All customer data is collected and processed based on explicit user consent during onboarding and in accordance with GDPR Articles 6(1)(a) and (b).
Data Minimisation: Only relevant data (identity, payment, and subscription details) is collected for reporting purposes.
Security Measures: Industry-standard encryption (SSL, TLS), secured databases, and access controls are in place.
Data Subject Rights: We honour the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to data processing.
Exemptions Under Consumer Credit Act
Upzez is structured to operate within the lawful exemptions of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Customers are not issued loans or credit lines; instead, they make a subscription payment which is reported as an ongoing account to show reliability.
We do not require FCA authorisation at this time under Section 60F(2), but remain open to regulatory developments and will register if future product offerings require it.
